Integrity
The quality of our word is as important to us as the quality of our work. We explain what we see, what we recommend, what is included, and what limitations or unknowns still exist before work begins.

Bryton Roofing brings a construction-minded approach to residential, commercial, and multi-family roofing in South Florida. We believe the quality of our word should match the quality of our work, and that a roof should be designed, installed, repaired, and maintained as part of the complete property.
For Bryan DeOreo, craftsmanship started long before Bryton. He grew up watching his father build, repair, and create things with his own hands. By his teenage years, Bryan was spending summers working construction and learning that details matter because the finished work eventually reveals every shortcut.
That mindset became the foundation of Bryton Construction, founded in 2003, and it carries directly into Bryton Roofing today. Roofing is not treated as an isolated exterior trade. It is part of the complete home or property, connected to drainage, walls, openings, landscaping, exterior finishes, structure, design, and long-term performance.
A beautiful roof that performs poorly is a bad roof. A technically sound roof that ignores the architecture of the home is a missed opportunity. Bryton combines both sides of the equation.
Our team evaluates the condition, explains the practical options, defines the scope, and manages the details that can affect the property before, during, and after the roofing work.
The goal is simple: make a smart recommendation, communicate it clearly, protect the property, and complete the work to a standard we would be comfortable putting our name on.
Our Core Values
Core values are useless if they only live on a wall. These four principles shape how Bryton communicates, recommends roofing work, plans a project, and judges the finished result.
The quality of our word is as important to us as the quality of our work. We explain what we see, what we recommend, what is included, and what limitations or unknowns still exist before work begins.
An eye for design helps us envision the right roof for the property. Material, profile, color, roof geometry, architectural details, and visible transitions should work together instead of looking like unrelated decisions.
When we repair, replace, or build a roof, the hidden details matter as much as the visible finish. Waterproofing, flashings, attachment, drainage, transitions, and compatible system components all deserve the same attention.
With 60+ years of combined know-how, our team is focused on roofs that perform as well as they look. That means matching the system to the property, South Florida exposure, maintenance needs, and long-term plan.
A roof does not exist in a vacuum. It meets walls, gutters, balconies, stucco, siding, vents, skylights, mechanical penetrations, landscaping, pavers, pools, neighboring properties, and architectural requirements.
Because Bryton comes from a broader construction background, the team is trained to think about those connections before the work starts rather than discovering them after something has already gone sideways.
That approach is especially valuable on custom homes, golf-course communities, managed properties, mixed-material roofs, additions, and projects where access or design details make the roofing scope more complex.
Access, landscaping, exterior finishes, pools, pavers, walls, drainage, and neighboring conditions are part of the plan.
Repair, replacement, inspection, maintenance, and material choices are explained around the actual roof condition and property goals.
Drone imagery can improve visibility, condition review, homeowner communication, project records, and ongoing Roof Care planning.
Annual drone inspections, warranty checkups, preventative maintenance guidance, HOA support, and priority scheduling can keep the relationship going after installation.
Our Team
Great roofing projects depend on people who can manage details, communicate clearly, and recognize how one decision affects the rest of the property.

Some people are born with the heart of a craftsman. Bryan inherited his love for creating from his father, a skilled craftsman whose work Bryan studied closely from an early age. By his teenage years, he was spending summers in construction and learning how much good work depends on preparation, precision, and pride in the details.
Since founding Bryton Construction in 2003, Bryan has built a team around those same standards. That legacy now extends into Bryton Roofing, where construction knowledge, architectural awareness, and disciplined project oversight shape how the company approaches roofing work.
Bryan also serves as a senior captain for American Airlines based in Miami, where attention to detail, judgment, preparation, and accountability are not optional. Away from work, he enjoys time with his family, riding his Harley, and golfing in the Jupiter area.

Jeremy Nisbet is a family man and proud father of four. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, he built a successful career owning collision shops, where quality control, accurate repairs, customer communication, and restoring vehicles to pre-loss condition were central to the job.
That background gave Jeremy years of experience managing complicated projects, working with insurance-related processes, holding teams accountable, and earning trust from both customers and industry professionals.
Jeremy joined Bryton Roofing because the company's focus on integrity and high standards matched how he had already built and operated businesses. Today, he brings that same attention to detail to project management, communication, craftsmanship, and performance in the field.

South Florida roofing has its own realities: intense UV exposure, heavy rain, wind, coastal air, managed communities, valuable landscaping, limited staging areas, and architectural standards that can affect material selection and project timing.
Bryton's role is to help property owners understand those realities before making a roofing decision. That includes explaining visible conditions, practical options, project limitations, HOA considerations, maintenance expectations, and the written scope.
You should understand what you are buying before the first piece of roofing comes off the building. Bryton focuses on clear scope, practical recommendations, and straightforward communication before work begins.
